This session gently brings you back to your breath, your body, and your inner wisdom—helping you recognize that your exhaustion isn’t a failure.
It’s a signal.
A signal that your system is asking you to come home to yourself.
You don’t heal by forcing change.
You heal by shifting your frequency, releasing the old story, and choosing a new way of being.
