Day 1: Connecting With Your Breath
Welcome to Day 1
Thank you for making a commitment to you and embarking on a 21 day meditation practice. Start by finding a place where you will be free from distraction. Ideally you will want to sit up during your meditation practice as sometimes we tend to fall asleep when we lay down. Allow yourself to be comfortable and warm. If you find you are easily distracted perhaps listen to these meditations through a headset to help block out external noise.
Today's meditation is all about connecting to the breath and experiencing the peace and calm that comes with meditation.
